2016 Buffer Law Amendments
The Buffer Law was signed into law by Governor Dayton in June 2015, was amended by the Legislature, and signed into law by Governor Dayton on April 25, 2016. The Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) has published many documents on implementation guidance. Below is a link to their Buffer Program website, and links to a few documents.
